Big Shoes to Fill

Kylie has some "big shoes to fill" with her mother.  Somehow, she was able to make them fit now.  Isn't she cute?  Kylie is growing up so quickly.  Can't you envision her as a teenager?  You are on your way Kylie, to filling your mother's shoes.

20 Second Easter Egg Hunt

Our ward organized an Easter Egg Hunt the day before Easter.  As we pulled up to the park, we heard the announcer say "Go!"  Before we could get out the van and armed with baskets, the hunt was over!  In literally 20 seconds, all of the eggs were collected.

Poor Abbey and Kylie didn't find a single egg.  Thankfully, several older kids observed that their baskets were empty and gave some of their collection to the girls.

Yes, next year we will arrive a little earlier.  That way, we might have a chance to collect an egg or two.

Tulip Festival

Steph and the girls recently went to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point.  It was the warmest day of the year - 82 degrees.  Isn't that sad Laura and Pat?  Spring has finally arrived in Utah however.  Everything is budding, blooming and turning green!  Yeah!

Abbey's First Egg Roll

All of "the girls" in my family came over while the men went to priesthood session and we had chinese food.  Abbey kept requesting for fries and then I realized that she wanted to try an egg roll. I was so surprised when she actually liked it! She ate nearly the whole thing.
