Abbey's Birthday!

So, we are a little slow...but, Abbey had her 1st birthday on March 22nd. We often call Abbey our, "little bear cub" and so we decided to have a bear themed birthday party. Abbey had her own bear cake to devour while everyone else enjoyed "cub"cakes. Pretty creative, huh...ok, so it's a little cheesy. But we had a blast. Thanks to everyone who came. We also celebrated again when Grammy & Bumpa Hansen were in town. Abbey enjoyed another opportunity to eat cake and be messy.

Yes, that would be a whole scoop of icecream in her hands! She looks ok now but if I would have taken a photo only two seconds later you would have seen her screaming.

Dad has been doing basket rides lately with the girls. They are both giggling & screaming until the rides are done then their laughter turns to tears. Who know's if it's worth it?

Ryan has now nicknamed Abbey, "Pebbles". Her hair is slow growing but we're trying to doll her up!

"I don't feel so good!"

This has been a common phrase at our home for several weeks now. About a month ago both of the girls were really sick. You'll have to check out the photos below. They were both totally wiped out. Then it was only a week or two later that Abbey had another round and then Kylie followed the next week. So guess who is sick now..Mom! We are really hoping Dad is spared. We are soooo ready for everyone to be healthy!
