If Carter gets to choose...

Carter is becoming very opinionated about many things, particularly the shows he wants to watch. It's fun to see his personality! Some of his favorite shows and movies are Rio, Jungle Book, Toy Story, Thomas the Train, Curious George, and Sesame Street. He will point at the DVD's or Netflix until I find the right one. Cute kid!!!

Another Great Abbey Quote

Abbey, in desperation, "Mom, where is the little people car and boy?!"

Me, "I don't know Abbey, I haven't seen it."

Abbey looks frantically in the family room then gives up. This is what I hear as she heads down the stairs:

Abbey, "You guys, I have bad new! We may have to cancel the wedding, I can't find the boy!"

I have been laughing about this all week!

Salvage Yard Adventure

Our kiddos are troopers. We decided to check out a salvage yard to see if we could find an old door/lumber for our bedroom project. It has been an interesting adventure!

Bathroom Paint Color

So we tried darker. The color is really pretty but it's also bold. I'm hoping this is the one we settle on...I am so done with buying paint samples!

Abbey Quote For The Week

I was telling a scripture story before bed and this is how it went...

Me, "Lehi talked with his sons Lamen and Lemuel before he died. What do you think he said?"

Abbey, "Be good while I'm dying!"

Right to the point.

Indecisiveness

If you can't decide...use them all! We are having the hardest time with our bathroom paint color. We've decide to go for the patchwork quilt look. Maybe we will start a trend.

Sick Kids

These are pictures of Carter when he was sick. Abbey is taking her turn this week. We have had someone sick every week since 2012 began!
Hey, it worked! Thanks Anndalyn for motivating me to try blogging from my phone. This is our latest project, the master bedroom. Ryan did such a great job with the finish work! I was very impressed with his
carpentry skills!
