We are now a few steps closer to our new home in Daybreak (South Jordan). Yesterday, we spent several hours at the Rainey Homes Design Center. During those few short hours, we selected everything from exterior paint colors to faucets, to cabinet finishes and hardware to tile and carpet. Needless to say, it was very fun, but very exhausting.
With our design meeting now complete, we sit back and wait until the building permit is approved (6-8 weeks). Once the permit is secured, building will commence. The typical building timeframe is anywhere between 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 months. Our move-in date will be somewhere between mid-October and mid-November.
